The Louisiana State Board of Health reports strict surveillance and full control of the situation. Perfect arrangements are in place for prompt report of yellow fever or suspicious cases. Up to ten o clock no reports have reached the board and authorities declare no more virulent sickness will be imported.

An aged couple receives a unique marriage license issued by Deputy County Clerk Wolcott. Charles G Leach, English born, and Felecta, Nebraska native living in Kings county, both reportedly the same age at seventy three. A. H. Potter of KE. C. Athing & Co. Indianapolis reports their family uses the teen remedy for colic cholera and diarrhoea. He says it has cured all three children and would be as unthinkable as flour without battle in the summer. Sold by dealers in Tumbe to and Bisbee.
In the matter of the Estate of Gregoria Cee sacho deceased. The administrator petitions for an order to sell the estate property on O.K. street in the town of Pinter to pay debts and administration costs. A hearing is set for September 8 1872 in the court, with publication of the notice in the Tombstone Prosperity for four consecutive weeks.
