A Rare Treat for Labor Day Visitors in Tombstone

The Twenty fifth United States Regimental Band will perform in Tombstone on Labor Day as part of a big celebration. The Tombstone City Band also joins the program. Special round trip trains and rail rates are arranged by several lines to support visitors, with expectations of large crowds. Separately, Frank Bauer of Jerome, who shot a man in Velderrana Durango Mexico, was released on bond as investigators corroborated his account. Local sympathy and official support framed the incident as a non-egregious case under unwritten law questions.
