Former Arizona official dies in Coast City
Vic Fred W. Nichols once territorial auditor and treasurer of Arizona died here Thursday after an apoplexy attack at the Sierra Madre lab where he had lived five years. A California native until 1904 he returned to California to retire from business. He is survived by a Phoenix stepdaughter Mrs Edward Hewen and three nieces in Los Angeles.
