Local Option Fight On Monday

Judge Dean heard multiple district court matters but denied a pew trial for Sneed v Sueed and allowed an appeal bond for the supreme court of Aranpa. The special commissioner appointment motion was vacated and the sheriff will sell the property. An injunction against the board of supervisors to stop a Wilcox precinct local option election will be argued Monday amid a scheduled regulatory battle.

Troops Depart El Paso for Lower California

Four hundred troops are said to have left El Paso for Lower California today. Advices received at noon by the Randolph offices at Tucson confirm the movement. The convoy includes passenger coaches for the troops and caldiera, with provisions prepared for boiling 1000 head of bores.
