Mineral and business chatter fills the pages with mines, ore shipments, cattle moves, dye products, lumber estimates, and a bustling boom era tempo across the Southwest.
Readable line shows a bookstore advertising a sale on a stock of novelas. Price halved and offered at ten cents per copy.
Fragmentary account recalls a six year old killing by Geronimo and Carrion. Katz reportedly shot Geronimo, Carrion later killed Katz, and Soto begged for mercy before Carrion’s harsher act. Carrion then died in Lower California. Also mentions a medicinal claim and a bogus cure advertisement.
