In 1808 territorial reports show 174 029 cattle 15 597 horses and 9 112 hogs chipped and driven within the territory by 122 inspectors under Act No. Gol. Board proceeds from stray head 150.11 and 1519 per meat held in trust. In 1893 the board paid 225 stray claims totaling 5498.29. A separate note mentions copper mine activity, a Phoenix newspaper future for Danbar, exhumed skeletons in Yuma county suggesting an extinct race, and Drs four physicians assessing George Daverus with ascending paralysis and near paralysis from stomach to limbs.
