Bisbee Feb 26 A major sign of improvement is the EP S&S Wip plan to restore the Bisbee Douglas train service suspended in August. The direct train will depart Bisbee at 2:05 p.m. and reach Douglas at 3:30 p.m., returning from Douglas at 4:00 p.m. and arriving in Bisbee at 5:13 p.m. The March 1 restart also affects the Golden State Limited with faster El Paso Tucson travel and revised schedules.
