Board to examine property and plan economical ore treatment and mine expansion, with 800-ton mill and modern features proposed as output increases. About 40 workers now. expansion and development planned.

Sheriff Sells Cochise Mining Claims in $52,000 Judgment

Property of Cochise Mining Company attached for 52,000 dollars in debt. Phe mining claim totaling 24 units and other associated claims in Pitteborg Arizona have been seized by Sheriff Wheeler under a superior court order to satisfy a judgment of 52,533.83 in favor of Duquenune Nations Bank. The estate includes the Fueber mill site at the town edge, the Ground Hog mine and adjacent claim, Broncfic property near Charleston, and two mill sites near the letterplace. Sale advertised to occur within 30 days.
