Will erect a mammoth smelting plant for Green anea Consolidated Copper Co at Del Rio near the Cenanea Nogales road. The modern facility, costing about three million dollars, will take two years to build. Power will be electricity from a central plant using crude oil for generation, with a Mexican concession for duty-free import from the United States. A new city is expected to spring up at Del Rio. work may begin in January.
