The Lombstone Consolidated Mines Co reports two new large pumps tested yesterday perform excellently and exceed mine management expectations. Plans include eight sinkers, four air operated by a 5000-foot-per-minute compressor and four steam driven, with a 250 horsepower boiler additions. Water drainage work and shaft advancement to address prior accidents are slated for the new year as shipments to smelters continue and the T. C. M. Co. mill remains active.
