The marriage of Hasty E. Kendall and Miss Mary Howe took place in Tucson yesterday evening in a surprise ceremony. The couple planned a quick departure for the Pacific coast by train, with friends left unaware until news reached Tombstone. Kendall, a cattleman with Kendall Cattle Company, will return to Tombstone with his bride, who is the daughter of Mrs. L. B. Howe of New York.

Bootlegging cases move through county court as defendants released

The state v Grenardini bootlegging case ended with the defendant freed in superior court.
