The Dime Family Theater changes its program to 8 and 9 pm with admission ten cents. A varied lineup includes The Election Take Good Care of the Baby aïnt You Coming Back to Old New Hampshire and other songs. Also advertised are Electric Bitters and Backlen’s Arica Salve praised for healing and antiseptic use.
A miner identified as C. M. Williams died after being caught between a drum and a heavy wire cable while drilling a well at Gila Beach. The accident occurred Tuesday afternoon, with the engineer stopping the hoist too late to save him. Williams died instantly from neck injuries, the neck not being broken. The article also lists multiple local company incorporations and capitalization changes in the region, including Peoples Mining Co. and Crystal Ice Co. in Douglas and Benson based businesses.

Henry J Suder of Prescott was chosen grand master, J A MacLeay deputy grand master, Andrew Nielsen Tempe grand ward en, W K James Phoenix grand treasurer, George A Mintz Phoenix grand secretary, JE Perry Kingman grand representative for two years, Frank P Trott Phoenix grand representative for one year, NA Morford Phoenix, Bojamin Rotanson Prescott, and LV Stewart grand trustees. George A Mintz named secretary for the thirteenth time.

A wildfire rages for thirty hours in the Guadalupe mountains seen from Carlsbad. Thousands of dollars in property burn with sheep and range destroyed. Plans for a new San Diego to Arizona railroad advance as John D. Spreckles engineers report progress on right of way. An order for 100000 railroad ties arrives from Japan while labor searches in Los Angeles and San Francisco promise thousands of workers. Construction to begin within a week of right of way clearance, with rail purchases to Belgium and steel sources secured.

George Keller and Henry Marcks sold God Pointer to B Carretto. Pearce Development Co deeded Horn Spoon to BS Kanfoian for 30 shares. John H Warren and Albert Chatfield agreed to sell Home Stake, Dep Down, Lucky Strike, Globe and Monte Carter to E Buckley for 8,000. Owen T Smith granted power to sell cisins in Mochier district. John S Williams transferred Euclid No 2 and No 4 to Euclid Mining Co in Whetstone mountains.
Reports from Pearce say Joe Bignon has made a remarkably rich strike of ore in the Dragoon mining district. He is a pioneer in the Dragoon range and his developments attract attention from many friends. The district shows great promise for mining profits and capital opportunities.
