A fragment from a small town notice suggests a patent remedy named Bucklen’s Arica Salve as preventing death from lockjaw after neck sores. The letter from Chistewall, a merchant in Poulenesselaerville New York, mentions Rdseth Burch of the same place and a car accident neck sore.

March 25 1900 two Italians Joe Ferdinand and Giovanni Trojilia left Tombstone for Italy. Ferdinand noticed Trojilia acting strangely and claiming men aboard threatened him. They changed sleepers multiple times and Trojilia vanished from a train near Kansas. authorities and relatives pursue leads while Ferdinand travels from Newark reporting Trojilia’s disappearance.
Surveying corps of the 8 PL & F railway moves to Walker camp next week to begin the curvey for a narrow gauge railroad from the Walker end of the Poland tunnel.
The notice states right of way is secured and the final survey remains. It notes plans for a large reduction works at Walker to treat ores from district mines. The upcoming road would penetrate these mines whose value has been shown by two years of development work.

The migration commissioner office is abolished and C M Henault to oversee Gleeson district. Adjournment to May 15.
