An adjourned city council session approved several bills including D OConnor Petition, Huachuca Water Co and S L Hart. The Frederick bill was disallowed. A transfer of 25 dollars from general to contingent funds was ordered. Regular meetings set at 2 PM. City attorney to receive 15 dollars for tax suit costs. Council adjourned to 2 PM Thursday. Charity Legion No 3 Knights will meet Friday at eight in fatigue uniform for important business.
