Ordinance creating funds and regulating city revenues
Ordinance No 5 establishes a contingent fund and a general building fund in Tombstone Arizona. It requires monthly transfers from the general fund to the contingent fund, limits transfers, and allocates 12.5 percent of non tax receipts to the general building fund. Repeals conflicting ordinances and takes effect after publication. March 11 first publication.
