The undersigned gives notice that Leo Kerner, partner of Kerner & Peterson, keeps his office and house broker at J. Goldwater & Co., Fairbanks. Persons owning surface or mining claims in Tombstone who have not yet obtained title are requested to call attorney Geo G Berry in Tombstone to arrange obtaining the title. Also proclaimed is public notice by Isa Sherely that he has power to sell and recover property for Thade of Bodon Armoun, with all duties to the estate and its heirs. indebted parties should meet the Geyderanes, Wt. Myers, in London, A. T., Feb. 1.
Orrin Shawp of Total Wreck Arizona gives notice of his intention to take a passage of land for proof of residence and cultivation under the homestead law. He names witnesses Weil, Frosikarieh, William Shaw, John Dougherty and others in Total Wreck for support. The entry lists the March 19, 1880, date for filing before the Register and Receiver at Tucson Arizona.
Proposals for city advertising and job work in Tombstone for 1880 to be received by the council committee at the Arcade Saloon on March 4 1880. Bids must state rates per hundred per sheet and per thousand for blank warrants blanks city machines and as printed in the standard Reeves type. Award to cover immediate publication in Tombstone within ten consecutive issues with a possible rejection of bids.

Public library board announces closing free reading rooms evenings. opens Wednesday and Saturday 2 to 4 for ticket holders to exchange books and renew subscriptions.
Notice to Jabo Honne and John R Maing that $100 in labor and improvements have been expended on the Silver Cloud lode mining claim in Cochise County Arizona Turquoise district. If within 90 days from publication you do not contribute your share, your interest will be forfeited to B A Packard of Tombstone. Claim recorded June 16 1880.
The County Board of School Examiners of Cochise County will meet at Tombstone on the first Monday in March to examine teachers and grant certificates. Written exams start at 9 am and close the following Tuesday. all candidates must attend at opening.
