Public auction to the highest bidder for cash on April 1886 at the Tombstone courthouse Cochise County Arizona. The property is Lot 13 Block 19 in Tombstone townsite with the Wellfritz saloon adobe building and appurtenances. Debt owed includes three thousand dollars note dated 1843 with two hundred fifty dollars counsel fees and two thousand dollars balance plus interest.
