L C Foucht of Rutland died Saturday afternoon in Toluca after returning from Philadelphia where he attended a Knights Templar meeting and parade. He had been in fair health but fell ill following the hot parade, with uremic poisoning leading to death. Funeral held Wednesday. he resided in Rutland for years and engaged in the grain business.
