Lois E Wells and Rollin J Litchfield united in marriage by Rev Larson of the Christian church. Immediate relatives and a few friends attended a noon ceremony with instrumental music. A four course dinner followed and the couple departed for Chicago to begin their honeymoon.

Injured Coal Shaft Worker Johnny Curley Buried by Rock
Johnny Curley, driver in the coal shaft, was injured Monday afternoon when a rock fall occurred after two or three loaded cars uncoupled and several empties were returned. He escaped from the incident with bruises after the cars derailed and timbers were knocked out, leaving rock to bury the motor briefly.
