From Bes Moines March 21 The governor has not signed the Railroad Tariff bill the Game law and the Fish law. The Capitol Commissioners will increase their contract for material. Twenty four joint resolutions seventy four local laws and seventy seven general laws were enacted or adopted by the fifteenth General Assembly. The Supreme Court of Iowa will meet in June and the United States Court in May. The suit against the Burlington and Missouri Railroad over Wells death was decided for the defendant on administrative rights grounds and may go to the Supreme Court.
