The event featured a Turkish tent, costumed attendants, auctions for cakes and a quilt, and contests for the most popular minister and the handsomest lady, won by Rev F ford and Mrs. Butler among others.

Montour hosts Nonpareil Dramatic club and Col J P Sanford events this festival week.
