District drainage plan hearing for Kossuth County Iowa
The proposed main drainage system for land tributary to the district will be examined with a tentative plan approved by the Board of Supervisors. An engineer's report supports the project and outlines the drainage features including a ditch north of the public highway and connections to Buffalo Creek. Hearing before the Kossuth County Board of Supervisors will be at the courthouse in Algona on November 1, 1944 at 2 PM. Written objections to the district establishment and damages claims must be filed by then, except for land needed for right of way.
