Restoration of Drainage District Funds and Appointments
The July 24 1912 meeting of Kossuth County Supervisors approved transfer of funds to drainage districts and authorized contracts for coal delivery to the courthouse and sheriff. They appointed commissioners J C Paxson C W Hopkins and G W Paine to assess benefits for Districts 40 43 and 6 and reappointed others when needed. The board also authorized warrants for travel and miscellaneous expenses.
