The Kosuth County Board of Supervisors adjourned to August 26 1910 to approve a resolution for Drainage District No 9. The plan levies a total assessment of 839947.27 with 3900 installments starting January 1915 and maturing through 1924, funded by bonds of 39 000.00 and payable at the First National Bank of Chicago.
