Catfish attack on fox hunters shown in Missouri report

A Missouri game and fish story says two fox hounds and a dog were attacked by a large catfish as they waded a creek at night. Conservation agent Al Hoefteman and wardens J C Waller and Dr R J Harris witnessed the strike, with Waller capturing the fish by stomping the stream dry. The 16 pound catfish measured all inches in length. The tale includes safety notes about firearms and the dangers of mishandling insulators while hunting and camping tips.
