Titonka considers 20 year telephone franchise vote
In Titonka Iowa a special council session discussed granting a 20 year franchise to Titonka Farmers Telephone Exchange to construct operate and maintain a town switch and lines along streets and alleys. A special election was ordered for October 12 1939 at the First National Bank to decide granting the franchise with a Yes or No ballot.
