Kossuth County Board Proceedings Review Drainage And Tax Adjustments
Aug 6 1900 meeting notes show the board authorizing transfers totaling 5 500 from various funds to county fund and continuing drainage district matters. A later session orders tax abatements and refunds totaling 57 (rounded) for several lots due to 1908 valuation errors. A resolution on Drainage District No 4 proposes abandoning part of Lateral No 4 and constructing Lateral No 2 at specific coordinates to improve drainage.
