The Buffalo Township Homemakers met at the Lester Eden home on Friday. Twenty ladies attended and took part in a roll call about color preferences. Mrs. C. S. Brandt and Mrs. W. E. Nothwehr led the lesson Lines and Color for Your Figure, with color analysis for various hair colors. A short business meeting followed, noting an officers meeting in Algona.

Checks arrived for the prize winning death at the Kossuth Co fair and will be displayed at the National Cattle Congress in Waterloo. Mrs Nothwehr named treasurer. Five dollars approved for the ladies lounge in the Farm Bureau building. Next meeting at Mrs W E Nothwehr’s home Friday Dec 17 at 2 with Mrs Earl Stott as co host. Mrs Lester Eden to demonstrate cake decorator uses. Two extension lessons planned textile painting and block printing. Attendees asked to bring a 7 cent gift for exchange.
