Local notes report Mrs. John Welhousen undergoing major surgery at Lutheran hospital in Fort Dodge last Friday. Ed Iles seeks a change of address from Buffalo Center to Bancroft as his family moves to a farm north of Bancroft. Jurors Dick Franzen and Maurice Keil are summoned for the November term of District Court. John Cordes sales set for next Monday, November 28, as John leaves farming due to ill health and relocates a house to town. A sale bill will appear in this paper.
