Lakota beat Leland 22 to 6 in basketball at the school Friday evening. Lena Gutknecht from Mason City joined for weekend at parental home with Genevieve Bruer. Mesdames J. BE Ukena, Peter Bruer, Ed Underdahl, R H Hamquist and Wade Ball attended Legion Auxiliary in Buffalo Center Monday. Albert Smith of Ft. Dodge visited late week, joined pheasant shooting with C R Smith and W E Lay.
