Drainage District No 51 contracts approved in 1912 meeting
The East Guth County Board of Supervisors awarded the contract for the construction of Drainage District No 51 drainage works to Northwestern Drainage Construction Co of Bancroft Iowa for 14899.75. The board adopted resolutions accepting the bid, authorized the chair and county auditor to enter into a contract, and adjourned after approving bills and tax abatements. The minutes note financial items including partial tax abatements, payments to Thad N Cook, and a $300 experimental station appropriation.
