Joint Drainage District plans open ditch and repairs

The report recommends widening the ditch in parts of the district, replacing the tile main with an open ditch in Tile One of Lateral No 12, leveling spoil banks, removing trees, adding outlet and surface water pipes, and constructing a headwall. Hearing set for June 14, 1955, at Forest City Courtroom. Claims must be filed by that date. failure to do so bars objections.
