Drainage District No 55 division and bond plan heard
The Kossuth County Iowa Board of Supervisors grants division of drainage improvements into sections under Drainage District No 81 and approves payment by ten installments plus interest. It authorizes issuance of bonds in anticipation of tax collections and specifies dates and amounts for installments from 1916 to 1924, with bonds to be secured by the lands benefited and the county’s pledge. The board adjourned to February 28 1911.
