Drainage District No 61 Bonds Authorized in Iowa County

Kossuth county Iowa Supervisors adopt a plan to fund drainage work by issuing bonds in anticipation of assessments. Engineer C E Palins appointed to survey the affected lands with bonds bearing five and one half percent interest, repayable May and November, at Davenport bank, and installments set for 1917 1923.
