The Trade In Home And Other Jests Of The Era
A humorous collage on postwar housing trends with imagined trade in homes made of paper and plastics. The piece mixes satire on new technologies such as color finishes and hydraulic screens with quips about price appraisals and a demonstration urge for political female leadership. It also includes a spoof on Clare Luce for vice president and a mock note about a turkey holiday season.
