The Titonka Topic lists annual rates of 250 dollars for in advance within Kossuth County and Titonka territory, 3.00 outside the two areas, and 3.50 for Canada and foreign countries. The paper is published weekly and entered as second class matter at the Atonka Iowa post office. Subscriptions remain within the county and Titonka trade territory and continue unless subscribers notify otherwise or the publisher sets terms for discontinuation.

County Engineer Smith met with the council to discuss preliminary work on the black-top program. They agreed to repair the town tractor if costs stay under 500 dollars.
