Big Night Shows to Light Up County Fair Grounds
Kossuth County fair schedules two major night shows on September 6 and 7 with electric grounds lighting, a grand midway, and a fireworks display by Theatre Duffield Fireworks Co. A Military Concert Band will perform nightly, followed by free acts and a grand fireworks program costing about $1 200. The event promises aerial guns, color fireworks, and numerous elaborate numbers, with 25 cent admission.

Suburban Housing Project At Minnesota State Fair
A new feature called the modal suburb from Cleveland will showcase a reconstructed suburban district at the Minnesota State Fair. The exhibit, costing about 10 000 dollars, runs Sept 4 to 9 in the Building Materials Building near the Art Galleries to illustrate forward design in home erection, with support from the White Pine Bureau and Minnesota Art Commission.
