Senior Banquet at Algona Woden
The annual Junior senior banquet was held Friday at the Hotel Altona Algona at 6 80 P M with a circus theme. Centerpiece merry go round high jumpers and animals adorned the table. A seven item program featured Helen Santholff Amida Tweedt Supt Bade Eunice Baack Lorraine Guernsey Leota Smith Charlotte Valley Arthur Smith and more. Afterward juniors hosted a theatre party for seniors and faculty. Various local residents and guests attended Sunday dinners and visits at homes of Kramey Wood Hammonds Nelson and others.

Maurice Fredrickson returned home Saturday from Park Hospital in Magan City where he had an appendectomy two weeks ago and had a cyst removed from his eye. Joe Kramer and wife came back Saturday from Des Moines after visiting their daughter Mrs. A. B. Grubb. they visited radio station WHO and the legislature. The Lipydgs returned from Kansas where their son James is hospitalized with gangrene in one leg and is slowly improving.
