The Thirty sixth Iowa General Assembly enacted 325 laws and 9 joint resolutions with many into effect by July marks. Major acts cover agriculture banking animal health and quarantine rules, city and town powers for streets parks and utilities, county officers salaries and budgets, drainage and fish and game regulations, education school consolidation and funding, Prohibition enforcement and taxation, and public health safety and welfare measures.
