The report also shows dental program results honor roll lists and attendance notes for various grades and a new kindergarten student.
Titonka Savings Bank now operates in an enlarged remodeled banking home after purchasing the Earl Stott building. The project, begun in October, doubles vault space and floor area with a rebuilt Stott structure, new vault, acoustical tile ceilings, Roman brick front, and modern fixtures for improved service to customers.
Jane Amesbury of Titanka, daughter of Mrs RL Krantz, will sing for Freeman Hall in the Sor Dor annual sorority dormitory singing contest in Ames Iowa. The event on Sunday April 17 features 24 voices from each residence with first and second place trophies for sorority and dormitory divisions and the Charlene Sohn Memorial Trophy sweepstakes prize named for a former Sigma Alpha Iota president.

Grace Weisner reports Titonka High School seniors left town at 4 30 am for a Minneapolis trip. They visited Minnehaha Falls Ford Plant and its assembly line, Andrews Hotel, the Artificial Limbs Co, shopping at Dayton's, Foshay Tower, the Sportsmans Show, and the Ice Follies at Minneapolis Arena. The group thanked sponsor Mr Theisse and Mr and Mrs Lang for organizing the enjoyable excursion.
