Andrew Westwood Dies in Prince Albert
Andrew Westwood a prominent Tisdale district figure died early Sunday morning at his Prince Albert home from internal hemorrhage. An old time Scottish settler, he joined the North West Mounted Police for seven years rising to sergeant before serving as Prince Albert Chief of Police for about 12 years. He later ran a hotel and conducted hotel business in Tisdale from 1907.
