Proceedings of the M T A Railroad Board Meeting
The May 24 1866 meeting of the M T A Railroad Company board in Tipton Iowa adopted multiple resolutions. Committees were formed to secure Moscow right of way locate Muscatine Moscow and Tipton segments and arrange depot grounds and ground permissions. Proposals for grading bridging and ties were advertised and bonds planned with ten percent interest and ten year terms.
