A Onawa Gazette reports sheep sold in Monona county at 15 dollars per head with eleven chosen for a flock bringing 300 dollars but declined. Treasury plans a $600 million loan issue with notes due June 15. Ex-Senator Hale appointed Minister to Spain, and the Greek church rites held in New York. A note on galvanised rebels and a New York World office illumination.
