Adams and Emancipation Proclaimed by U S

Increase in Iowa youth population by 21 to 21 years

The Des Moines Register notes the past year saw an increase of Iowa children aged five to twenty one by twenty nine thousand four hundred and twenty six. Polk Clinton Scott Marion and Dubuque counties show the largest gains, with figures listed for each.
