RI Finishes Fare Hike Testimony

Tinley Park youths electrocuted as antenna hits live wire
A 15-year-old Tinley Park boy Stephen Mitchell died after an accident at 6713 West 159th street. His 16-year-old friend William Thorpe was burned and hospitalized after an overhead wire energized by a moving civilian band radio antenna, said to carry 7 200 volts.
