The Tinley Park bicycle safety council plans a 15 mile rally on May 10 starting at 10 30 a m from the Jewel lot at 171st and Harlem. Prizes and trophies in 14 categories donated by Jewel Beverly Schwinn and F L Bicycle shops. Entrance 50 cents per rider 1 50 for families of three or more and free for seniors.
