Judge Sentences Two Youths for Reckless Driving Damage

Jury Finds Munson Not Guilty In Beverage Charge
James D. Munson of Savanna was found not guilty by a six man Carroll County Circuit Court jury after a trial before Magistrate James Thorp on August 30. The case stemmed from a Savanna Police complaint filed June 17 accusing Munson, operator of Kennedy's Tavern, of serving alcohol to a minor, Paul A. Houle of the Savanna Army Depot, with Munson pleading not guilty in July and seeking counsel and a jury trial.

Probation Given for Burglary Plea in Mount Carroll Case
