Flood damage and road repairs strain local finances
Flood damage is widespread with bridges and roads sustaining costly harm. Estimates suggest repairs could reach 3,000 dollars to restore roads to predeluge condition. York township reports specific crossings and Creek bridge costs, while graders work to improve the eastern road near the school. Local residents, including Mrs Gross, visit Angleville, reflecting a community coping with postflood repairs as authorities push ahead before winter.
