Miss Edna Doden and Fred Yates Marry in Rock Island
Miss Edna Doden eldest daughter of Mr and Mrs Fred Doden and Fred Yates son of Mr and Mrs Amos Yates were united in marriage at Rock Island on Wednesday October 20. The couple traveled in Fred's car with Dorothy Yates and the bride's sister as companions. After the ceremony they returned home to a wedding supper at the Amos Yates home with immediate family present. They plan to make Thomson their home.

Mrs Cochran to Spend Winter in Clinton With Nason Family
Mrs Thos Cochran will spend the winter with the Charles Nason family in Clinton. She went there Wednesday and her house will be closed until spring.
