Carroll County Supervisors Proceedings October 13 1964
The Carroll County Board of Supervisors met in Mt. Carroll Illinois October 13 1964 with Chairman Howard Woessner presiding. Members present included Messmer Kehl Johnston Rahn Sandell Zuck Schreiner Kessler Rabin Doty Fink McKean Emnyre. Absent: Marshall. Bills paid in vacation listed and approved. Budget hearings and appropriation measures discussed including county general fund highway fund tuberculosis sanatorium fund and dependent children fund. A relocation resolution for County Highway No 10 and relief requests from Riverview area were considered. A bonded appropriation ordinance and levy proposal were discussed with roll call votes approving motions.
